Customer Service Hours
Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–10:00 PM Pacific Time, following Eureka, California local time. PST or PDT applies according to the season.

Help Us Assist You
For an order, include your order number, order email, and a description of your request. For sizing, include the product link, relevant measurements, and preferred fit. Helpful photographs may assist with damaged or incorrect items.

Delivery and Import Charges
We ship from the United States to supported countries listed in our Shipping Policy, with free standard delivery and covered import duties, import VAT, and customs-clearance charges. Send us any carrier request for a covered import payment so we can assist.
Returns and Visits
Contact us before mailing a return. We provide a U.S. destination and free eligible return arrangements, including international returns from supported countries.
